Clinic Rules

For the safety of you and your pets, please read the following clinic rules;

- All dogs MUST be leashed or carried. 

- All cats MUST be in carriers. Cats CANNOT be held or leashed.

- All pets MUST be handled by someone age 18 or older.

1. How do I know what vaccinations my pet needs?

Please call our office at (909) 947-3517 and a member of our office staff will gladly answer all your pet-related questions!

2. What is the difference between general hours and clinic hours?

During business hours, we do not have the rabies vaccination.

During our clinic hours, we offer rabies vaccines​ in addition to all other vaccinations.

3. Why should I come to the clinic?

All clients who come to the clinic are eligible for FREE pet supplies! You must attend and receive vaccinations during these hours to receive the pet supplies.

4. Do I receive a copy of my pet's vaccinations?

Every visit you will receive an official vaccination certificate showing which vaccinations your pet received, you must hold onto these records as we do not keep copies. 

5. Can my pet be seen for a checkup?
