This typically means that the pet is not available for adoption.
Please call our office with a description of the pet for more information!
How long does the application take?
Most applications are approved the same day. Occasionally, additional review may be needed to verify information such as landlord pet policies, veterinary references, or other application details. When this happens, our staff and Board of Directors work to complete the review as quickly as possible.
What if it’s not working out?
We have a 15-day return & exchange policy, which allows you to return the pet as long as you have the original adoption paperwork.
Do you offer foster-to-adopt?
Given our unique no-kill policy, we do not offer any fostering opportunities and all pets remain in our care until adopted!
